Acceptance of return of product will be allowed based on only the sole discretion of the JC Artistick Gold and Diamond Pvt Ltd

If return of product is allowed as stated above, then the customer should raise a “Return request” within 5 days from the date of sales/receipt of the products and should return the product in its original packaging with its original bill and product certificate (if any) Loss of the original product invoice/certificate would result in a deduction of certain amount as applicable.

Returns are not applicable for Customized Ornaments / Gold Nose pins / Gemstones / Gold Coin / Gold Bar / Silver Products.

We will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value from your purchase, if you received a discount or free gift during your purchase. You can also choose to return the free gift to us while return.

This facility is available for products received on “jcgoldanddiamonds.com” portal only.

The following steps need to be followed while returning a product to us for Refund, Exchange or Buyback,

1. You can place the return/exchange request by going to Order History in My Account section of JC Artistick Gold and Diamond Pvt Ltd website (www.jcgoldanddiamonds.com) /app and selecting the products you wish to return.
2. Pack the product with its original packing and keep it in the tamper proof packet provided if any along with it original bill and certificate (if any).

If you need any assistance in placing the return request, contact our customer care department and provide the details such as order number and the item you wish to return.

Once the returned product is received by us and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
