JC Artistick Gold and Diamond Pvt Ltd provides free delivery of all items currently within Kanyakumari District from 00 AM-to-00 PM and we will charge an amount of Rs. 000 for the delivery after this time period. Products will not be shipped / delivered outside Kanyakumari District.

Our delivery duration depends on the product selected and the delivery / shipping address.

Customer has to give the correct details of Recipient Name (as stated in the photo identification / Government Approved ID Card ) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery.

At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to the delivery person for collecting the product, Customers are expected to cooperate with them to ensure safe delivery:

2. Passport
3. PAN Card
4. Driver License
5. Voters ID

If the package is found to be tampered with, the customers must reject it and report it to us through info@jcgoldanddiamonds.com or by contacting the number 00000000000.

Customers must reject the package if the package is found to be tampered. It should be reported to us through phone/email.

When the actual customer / recipient is not available at the address during the delivery attempts to deliver the product then the product will be returned to us.

Customer can change the delivery address by contacting our support team before the ordered product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, the option to change the delivery address will not be available.
